In the antique district of Borgo Pio, one of the most important and beautiful area of Rome, in the pedestrian precinct at the doors of the Vatican, you will find the Palazzetto. It is a complex divided in 3 floors completely renewed where we manage 2 floors of the building.
On the first floor with a fine view over the well-known “Passetto”, the old passage between Castel Sant’Angelo and the papal residence, we can find the Palazzetto 4A apartment.
The one-roomed flat (26 sq m.) is very comfortable and bright, due to one large window, has got a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with tub. The furniture includes a dining table for 2 and a double sofa bed.
Thanks to a contemporary and modern design, all spaces are optimized and have a bright ambience; the wooden beams ceiling and the floor in terracotta tiles create a warm and cosy atmosphere.
During the week, check-in time is between 3.00 pm and 07.00 pm.
Late checkin fee: 15EUR for a delay between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm.
Additional 15EUR for every hour after 9.00 pm.
On Sundays and public holidays the check-in must be before 7.00 pm and it has
an additional cost of 15 EUR.
To guarantee rights, obligations and to cover damages the accommodation
provider will ask the guest for a deposit of 150 EUR cash or travellers cheques, which will be returned when the guest leaves.
