The bus stop is only 20 meters away from the door of your house. 800 meters far you can take a train which arrive and depart at the railway station FF.SS “Tuscolana”. The house is located in a very important commercial center which includes the Via Appia, a shopping street about 3 kilometers, directly behind the house.

The apartment is a renovated one room flat about 32 m˛, supplied with furniture and appliances including a king-size bed and a single bed. There is a terrestrial digital TV with DVD player.
